I wish to express my appreciation of the service we received from Comfort Carers.

We needed a carer for our 86 year old mother over the December 2009 busy period. Our request was very promptly dealt with and the type of person required that our mother could relate to was a most ideal and wonderful women who was extremely punctual and very caring. Our mother does not warm to strangers readily but very soon placed her trust in and enjoyed the time with the carer.

During this time and thereafter the follow up on whether we were happy was really very good.

The next time we will definitely request the services of Comfort Carers again.
